Unlike many traditional spine practices, we do not rush appointments or operate on a rigid schedule. Your time with us is designed to be informative, collaborative, and unhurried.

To preserve the quality of care we believe every patient deserves, NSC operates entirely out of network with all insurance providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. This model allows us to maintain the time and attention necessary for comprehensive, individualized care.

What You Can Expect From Your Consultation
Every consultation is designed to be thoughtful and patient-focused. Our goal is for you to leave our office with a full understanding of your condition, all available treatment options, and answers to all your questions. We recognize that facing a neurosurgical issue can be overwhelming, and we are here to guide you through the process with clarity and compassion.

What This Means For You:

• If you have out-of-network insurance benefits:
  We will bill your insurance provider directly. Our team will assist you in determining your financial responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses. Transparent, up-front information regarding billing and costs will always be provided.
   
• If you do not have out-of-network benefits (including Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare):
  We offer clear, transparent cash-pay pricing. Our staff will guide you through the process and review all options available to you. All fees will be clearly outlined, and payment will be required prior to services being rendered.
   
• If surgery is recommended:
  Whenever possible, surgery will be performed at an in-network facility. Please note that Dr. Duhon’s professional fees may be billed separately.
